One of our clients is currently using Ext and Embedly to implement a
Facebook-like link submission tool. While writing up some examples we went
overboard and ended up coding the whole thing. It’s worth sharing with the
community as a whole, because we have seen this question many times before.
This post ended up being a lot longer than expected, some 4,000+ words
describing the process and design decisions that go into letting users submit
links. Herein lies the bible of using Embedly to create a URL submission tool
with <a class="reference external" href="http://www.sencha.com/products/extcore/">Ext Core</a>.
